Nai Zakharia is a Lebanese freelance illustrator based in Boston, MA and she holds a BFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts. Nia works primarily in traditional pen and ink and watercolor, complemented by digital techniques. Her commissioned work explores themes such as women’s history, environmental issues, and emotionally rich narratives, often with an intriguing dark edge to her creations. Her work is exceptionally well-suited to illustrating young adult novels, and she has a passion for environmental non-fiction.
